   Foot Ritual

   20 min

   Warm oil massage of the feet and lower legs. Grounding, and it puts most people to sleep.

2. 02

   Eye Massage & Warm Compress

   20 min

   Gentle pressure around the eyes and brows, finished with a warm compress.

3. 03

   Steam & Sauna

   30 min

   Herbal steam followed by dry heat. Opens the pores and loosens the muscle.

4. 04

   Full Body Lymphatic Drainage

   60 min

   Light, rhythmic strokes that move fluid through the body. Reduces heaviness head to toe.

5. 05

   Facial Tension Release

   30 min

   A warm milk-and-herb poultice pressed in slow strokes over the face. Releases jaw and brow tension.

6. 06

   Face Mud Pack

   20 min

   A cooling clay mask applied after the warm work. Draws out heat and congestion.

Heat first, then move the fluid. Steam and sauna come before the drainage, never after.
