    The Stillness Ritual

    45–60 min

    A continuous warm stream of oil, or buttermilk, poured across the forehead. Most people stop thinking within ten minutes.

    Eye Rejuvenation Ritual

    40 min

    Medicated oil through the nostrils, eye work, and a cooling pack. Forty minutes where the eyes are allowed to stop holding a shape.

  3. 03

    Sound Healing, one to one

    60 min

    Singing bowls and tuned instruments played around and on the body. You lie still and do nothing.

  • The package rate applies to the full package. Single bookings are at menu price.
  • No substitutions, exchanges, or refunds in cash.
  • Cannot be combined with any other offer, voucher or membership benefit.
  • Buy by 31 August. Everything is redeemable until 31 October.
  • Reschedule up to 24 hours before your slot. A no-show counts as a session used.
  • A brief health check precedes your first session. Some services may be adjusted on medical advice.
